In that the breeder, Rachel Willis, guarantees that said dog
is healthy and free of defects (unless otherwise stated below) at the time of
purchase. Said breeder will provide a replacement of equal value at the
earliest opportunity, provided the dog is examined by a licensed veterinarian
within three business days and found to be ill with a condition contracted only before the dog was purchased. A
written statement from the veterinarian explaining the condition must be provided. Illnesses or injuries
acquired after said dog leaves the breeders possession are not covered.
Said dog is warranted against Hip Dysplasia thru age 18
months provided said dog has not been injured or contracted a serious illness
that could affect joints including, but not limited to, Valley Fever and must be
at AKC recommended weight of 65-75 pounds for males and 55-65 pounds for
bitches. All x-rays must be read by O.F.A., not just the veterinarian. A
written report must be presented to the breeder within the allotted time (18
months of age). Breeder reserves the right to determine whether the dog will be
replaced with a dog of equal value at the earliest opportunity or if monies
will be returned.
